been here several times, though ive received poor treatment from the staff since day one, ive always tried to stay patient and not be rude in return... so today, i ordered 6 drinks through the shopee app, and i was charged a packaging fee for each drink... so naturally, i expected each one to be packed individually.. however when i received a notification saying my order was ready, i still had to wait at the store for them to prepare my drinks. one of the staff even asked, "you want these to be packed individually?"— ofc sin... read more

Momoyo Ulu Tiram serves good drinks and has a nice spot, but the service is really disappointing. The staff in the picture aren’t friendly at all, don’t even smile, and rush to ask for orders even when customers have just arrived and haven’t looked at the menu. This isn’t a one-time issue it happens often, not suitable to be at the cashier counter — that’s the first point of contact with customers. Tarikh 6hb Sept, waktu petang. Saya order cuma pearl milk tea satu sahaja tapi terpaksa tunggu lebih dari 1/2 jam untuk order siap. Seriously, kepada owner kedai tolong tambah pekerja. Bila order banyak, staff tak boleh nak handle.
