Extremely poor service and unprofessional staff attitude I arrived at 12:38pm for the new matcha launch and placed my order at 1:03pm. I fully understand that it was a new launch and expected a crowd/wait, but the lack of professionalism was unacceptable. When I came back at 1:28 PM, they had made the wrong drink.
