Extremely poor service and unprofessional staff attitude I arrived at 12:38pm for the new matcha launch and placed my order at 1:03pm. I fully understand that it was a new launch and expected a crowd/wait, but the lack of professionalism was unacceptable. When I came back at 1:28 PM, they had made the wrong drink. Came here regularly and the staffs always being nice and polite. Clean environment and fast service. My go-to place whenever im craving sweet drinks 🫶🏻
Order through grab. Their packaging really nice cause I order ice cream milk tea and they provided ice cube in the insulated bag. The ice cream didn't melt even though my location are far from the shop. Very good service 👍🏻👍🏻
