That one female staff today, around 3pm like that is annoyingly rude. You shouted at my friend right before she could say her order, and then you get mad at us when we get mad at you for that unneccesary anger. Have patience and have some shame, we are much younger than you and you simply decided to yell at us even though we've been soft and gentle with our orders.
Hi, I would like to make a complaint regarding the service provided by one of your staff at Momoyo Plaza Merdeka. My friend went to order the promotional drinks. When my friend asked about the promotion, the staff only responded with “hm” and did not properly explain the promotion or the price. When my friend then told her that she wanted two drinks, the staff only mentioned the price in a very unclear and low voice, making it difficult to hear. I’m disappointed with my order. I ordered 4 drinks with toppings, but all of them came with small straws. First order ariya sama juak berik small straws BUT its okay lah that time malas nak lalek maybe salah pandang. BUT bila dah bekali kali camtok? Nak ngorek jelly ya pake tangan kah? Ugh. And also ada order Da Hong Pao. Rasa nya VERY DISAPPOINTING. None of the drinks were labelled, susah nak nangga which drink was which.
