Hari ini saya membeli di MoMoYo. Anak saya tiba-tiba muntah di kawasan kedai. Saya telah meminta bantuan mop daripada pekerja, namun semua masuk ke dalam dan tiada yang membantu. Saya terpaksa membersihkan sendiri sehingga selesai, barulah pekerja keluar semula. Saya harap pihak pengurusan boleh ambil perhatian tentang servis dan sikap membantu pelanggan pada masa akan datang. Terima kasih.
Ice cream was good! That's y we came back but the staff here.. The face was sour than the 🍋!! I wonder what will happen if they greet us nicely ! Not thinking to come back to this store!! Prefer the bandar Seri Alam branch!! Staff there was much more friendly!
Bosan lah pergi tempat yg staff rude ni. Owner cari pekerja mmg tak pusing2 dulu ke? Main sauk je ke bila cari pekerja? Yg pakai tudung pakai cermin mata kat cashier tu, mulut alahai, kalah makcik2. Apalah serve customer biadap macam tu. Kita dtg nak membeli, bukan mengemis.
