the staff very rude
nice place ,nice ice cream, nice environment and service
okay, but for friendly staff there is nothing. always hear the staff say bad things in front or behind the customer. the service is really not okay please take care of the staff to be more friendly with the customers instead of saying rude words
The service is very bad... Milk tea is too bitter.. and the boba is so bad.. very hard and sometime too chewy and soggy.. not like a normal boba at all..i think the ice cream was spoiled.. cuz the after taste have a sour taste that not should be.. please improve the service and quality control..
Food are okok la, but staff not so friendly, i ask is there a promotion that i saw on grab, then they expressed like they feel extremely annoyed.
