The branch very rude..9pm start closing dine area???. I still eat there with family..but some of them start cleaning like we need to go out faster....I will never forget.
worst momoyo branch ever at here i was ordered from apps foodpanda waited for too long 40 minutes lastly got assigned rider rider on their way lastly the vendor cancelled my order dued to the drink is out of stock ... eyh hellooOo please monitoring your staff to adjust the menu in tab lah say lah its unavailable or what called me kah no need waste the time mah so that i can order others btw walk in there buy staff also so rude not friendly at all , really ? are they not being trained well?
This damn place shouldn't give any star at all. The customer service needs improvement. The cashier seemed visibly annoyed, interrupted me mid-sentence, and made the interaction feel rushed and uncomfortable.The cashier even rolled her eyes at me in annoyance. I understand flavors run out. What I don’t understand is, the attitude when informing customers about it.

The staff forgot about my drink because when they looked at me, they looked away guilty from their expression. Horrible service. Ordered the watermelon pop syok to try because lemonade is not available. taste wise better off order at ch***e for a more premium version and we***** for a cheaper option, not worth it at all at Momoyo. Mind you it is 9 that they charge for this drink here, so you expect quite a quality drink for the price. But for the price and taste of it, I won’t ever order again.
