I have always enjoyed coming to Momoyo because I love the ice cream and the atmosphere is usually a nice place to hang out. However, my recent experience was very disappointing. During my visit, several female employees were gathered around the counter, talking and laughing loudly while staring at me and my partner. I hadn’t been to Momoyo in a long time because I find the drinks too sweet. I only went back recently to order a matcha sundae for my little sister, but unfortunately, I had a bad experience. The staff member who served me was really rude. I simply asked for one matcha sundae, and the way she responded was so unfriendly, with an attitude like, “How do you want it?” The tone was completely unnecessary.
