Disappointed with the service at Momoyo Balok. The outlet seems seriously understaffed — one staff member was handling the cashier while also preparing around 10 drinks at the same time. The staff still tried their best, so this isn’t about blaming them, but management really needs to provide enough manpower during busy hours and new seasonal drinks. The long waiting time and chaotic queue made the experience quite frustrating.
