To say, I was skeptical when someone Recommended a sushi restaurant in Kansas is an understatement. But I am so glad I took the risk and ordered from Momoya Ramen and sushi. I ended up Getting Giza edamame, shrimp and chicken fried rice and two orders of sushi and my goodness I am glad I did it. The fried rice with some of the best fried rice I’ve ever had and that’s saying something because I’ve had a lot of fried rice in my day. Update: we just revisited- service was very good! I did not enjoy the food. The dining room was clean, so that was a plus!! But the booth wobbled like it was going to fall apart. Our order was incorrect (I ordered fried rice and received steamed), incomplete (my husband's eel sashimi was supposed to have 3 pieces and only had 2), and poor quality (the sweet and sour sauce was so thin and tasted like strawberries strained into water).
