Unfortunately, Momoko has not done the right thing with my online order. They did not have the products I ordered 3 days ago. They charged me for the products and did not respond to my email asking about my purchase. So, I had to call them to enquire about the purchase. The lady was apologetic but it really is not the right thing to do to charge for a product which is out of stock and not reach out to the customer right away to provide the apology and refund.
Great delivery. Great products.
