Got a delivery order through Uber Eats. No utensils for cake, no straw for milkshake. Milkshake is all icy, by the smell and taste milk there was bad.
Horrible customer service. Prices on the board are not honored. Disappointing. And the sales person has no interest in serving customers. When asked to reach the manager, she refused to do so. This is supposed to be a joyous store, not a contentious one.
I'm not waiting in line for a Dot Cake when I've been loyal to Milk Bar for years. Milk Bar has one of the most nostalgic birthday cakes ever. I don't know. Its literally like someone found a way to put all the best parts of my childhood into a cake. It doesn't even have to be my birthday for me to get a slice. Sometimew it's just a Friday.
