After years of attending and enjoying MoModerne’s estate sales, We had them do our family estate sale this weekend. WOW! I can’t believe how great it looked after setup when we left them with a houseful of stuff. I was also very pleased with the outcome- better than we dared hope. I highly recommend them when you need a sale done, and probably be there when you do; because I never miss. Momoderne sale! Props to Luby and Anna, and the crew of Becky, Harley and John.
I go to quite a few estate sales and Mo Modern are always my favorite. Professional yet laid back, you can tell they all know what they are doing. I’ve never seen them act unprofessionally, and trust me, that has to be challenging sometimes in chaotic sales and with the way some people act. $5 fee for credit card sales is crazy. I take cards and know what the fees are. If you have to, charge 5%, but a flat $5 amount is not acceptable. On a $20 purchase, that's 25% . That's more than I'm paying as a cardholder in interest. Other companies charge the client back for card fees. In my business I consider it cost of doing business. Your $5.00 fee really makes me avoid your sales and I'm guessing I'm not the only one.
