Sent my husband here for a Father’s Day massage. He waited for an hour! He told me to never send him there again.
My partner and I went to get a couple's massage and they were amazing! They booked us same day and were so nice. We used a Groupon for 1 hour massage, 30 minute foot massage, and hot stone treatment and I was thrilled with the service.
Worst place you can get , we arrived at 2:30 pm for a 2:30 appointment and no one was at the front desk and didn't even acknowledge us until I had to barge into the back and say hello we have been here for 30 min and no one has even come out , our appointment was for 2:30 and wasn't seen until 3:15 pm after I hollered and didn't even Apologize at all. Gabi was amazing and the atmosphere was so calm and relaxing definitely coming back !
Had a bad experience at this place for a couples massage never asked about any conditions we may have she asked to walk on my back I agreed not knowing she was going to put heel in the middle of my back almost screamed. Was supposed to be relaxing and was mor tensed then anything woke up the next morning with a few bruises on my back. Wouldn't recommend the person walking on you.....
