This was not my first visit to this nail salon, and unfortunately both experiences have been very disappointing. The first time I came in, I had my nails done and within two days the polish began peeling off several nails, which was extremely frustrating. I’ve been going to this place for years because they do give good massages. But I really don’t like the fact that they think they get to determine how much you tip them. I left a 20% tip and was demanded 30. Tipping is optional. And I work in The service industry so I’m well aware of how it works. I don’t like the fact that they tell me how much they want me to tip. It ruins the whole experience.

Today was my first and unfortunately, my last experience at this massage place. I went in on 1/4 at 10:30 am for a 90 minute massage which is considered their deep tissue massage on their menu. First time-4 of us-1 multiple times, and we all said the same thing: indescribable bc there was so much done in 70 minutes for head massage/facial. I slept like a baby bc I was so relaxed! I highly recommend!! They really knew what they were doing. Very welcoming, clean, professional and great atmosphere! Loved, loved, loved!!!! Will be back!!!
