Los médicos y proveedores son muy buenos, sin embargo el personal de atención de recepción no tiene trato son unas malcriadas, nada de educación altaneras e irrespetuosas. Lamentable que un lugar donde encuentras buenos médicos de atención tenga al frente un personal con tan poca educación y ética profesional.
Todo el personal es muy amable y los proveedores son muy responsables en atender las nesecidades de cada paciente yo lo recomiendo muy buen lugar para atenderse
I never even got a chance to go inside. For some reason my insurance placed me with a PCP here, I have been calling for a week now trying to schedule an appointment for my asthma and no one can answer the phone. It doesn’t matter if it’s morning or noon it just rings, doesn’t matter what extension I push it rings and goes to voicemail. It was easier to call my insurance and get my provider changed than to schedule an appointment at this place. INSANE! I couldn’t imagine if I was pregnant what a headache!!!
To be honest, I don’t even know how to feel. I feel played—and now my health is at risk. I received my prenatal care here, and if there’s anything I can say to other women, especially women of color, it’s this: Do your research. They have a program called Neighbor that’s specifically for African American women. You're treated by doctors and staff who are also women of color, which initially feels comforting. Just because there friendly doesn’t mean there organized n professionals!!! The worst ever I went there a month ago filled out two medical release forms for inland pain n my old primary dr to release too this facility and I called yesterday almost 3 weeks later and they couldn’t find my forms n wanted me to go in again to fill the same two forms I already filled out there after my dr appointment was finished ????
