So far have only been here a couple of times but would highly recommend it. You get a great workout, and there are options for the folks more physically fit versus not. The tailored approach allows you to workout at your skill level (no judged). It’s very welcoming and friendly, much of the time, when you are getting back into working out, it’s overwhelming and builds on your anxieties, and this isn’t a place like that at all.
