I don't usually write reviews but this experience was so awful I have to share. If I could give zero stars I would. I called to book this service. We set up a day and time to meet (11am). 45 mins past and no one shows up. I call and text and no response. Finally she gets back to me via text and says she has a family emergency. I ask if we need to reschedule for another time and day. She says no. Say to meet at 3pm then say 1pm. So I wait unit 1pm and again no show no call... I wait until 2 in case she is running late.
