Bought a Groupon for this place for my wife for Christmas. When she went to redeem it, she called 4 different times on different days and left a message each time. They never called her back. Terrible customer service if you can’t even answer the phone or call people back. Can’t imagine how their cleaning is.
Inexplicably disappointed in this service. We hired Mommies Helper for a "move-in deep clean." We were extremely surprised when only one cleaner came to clean the house when we were given an estimate of 4-6 hours to clean a 3500+ square ft house. We were astonished at how slow the cleaning was progressing and politely asked the cleaner to focus on the bathtubs before ending the cleaning after about 6 hours. I have been in nursing school and have been to busy to do any cleaning. They came to my house and did a great job cleaning my bathrooms, kitchen, and even helped with the laundry. Highly recommend!!!
These guys are awesome! They really helped me while I was down with an injured back.
Horrible service! Supposed to clean the kitchen and they did not clean off the stove. They did not clean the microwave. $100 on Groupon for 4 hours and they didn't have time to clean the srairs. Shower has hard water on the window still. Worst company I've ever had clean my house. Do not waste your money.
