I have been taking classes with Mary at Momleta for 17 years! My kids are big now, but I still go when my schedule allows and it is by far the best workout class I have ever taken. Mary helped me regain my strength and confidence after all three of my pregnancies. She provides modifications for all levels and is especially helpful in guiding you through which exercises to do and avoid postpartum. The added benefit is the community you are joining! After attending Momleta for about 9 months now, I can’t recommend it highly enough. There’s something magical in the combination of Momleta programming, being outside, and the community, that makes classes outstanding. I’ve become so much stronger and feel great whenever I take a class. I’ve really enjoyed connecting with other women in the class too. It is the best thing I’ve done during maternity leave and I plan to keep attending. Thank you, Momleta!
Mary is the best! Class is very accessible for all levels and a lot of fun. There are usually a few moms who bring babies/toddlers, but there are lots of moms without their kids too.
Can’t go wrong with a workout outside and wonderful instructors. Lots of variety with the workouts and modifications always given. I love that I found a workout class where I can also bring my baby — it makes it possible for me to get a workout in. Thanks Mary!
I love Momleta! Working out with friendly people, in a beautiful setting, with my baby - it’s an hour of exercise that ticks many boxes. The time goes by so quickly. Mary is very knowledgeable and supportive, especially about all things postpartum. She also somehow manages to remember everyone’s name and is so welcoming!
