My family and I had a really great time celebrating my daughter’s 2nd birthday! The Gahanna location was really close to my house so I didn’t have to travel far. The staff was very attentive to our needs and made the birthday party very smooth. Everyone was very nice and my kids and family had a blast!! We will be returning

Have you guys updated your lights for all these dark areas? Hard to see kids especially with such terrible lighting. Blind spots here are terrifying for moms.

Awesome concept, my toddler loved it. However, it was terribly dirty. Dust on everything, the floors were visibly dirty and sticky in spots. No hand sanitizer as all the pumps were empty. No hand soap in the bathrooms. Employees were at the front desk reading books (which wouldn't be a concern if things were clean and stocked). Picture included is the bottom of the metal slide🤢

This place was filthy. There was a visible layer of dirt over everything there. They definitely do not clean daily because that amount of dirt, does not collect in a day. A majority of the play areas were very dark and you are unable to see your child. We probably won’t be back to this location. Love the layout just needs some major lighting and cleaning improvements. Also, the staff member behind the desk only looked up from her phone when we were checking in and that was it withen the 2 hours we were there.
