There were no working bathrooms on our visit. Staff was not helpful and smelled like weed. Definitely won't be back.
When you walk in it smells so clean. Very friendly staff and not over crowded.
This location is disgusting. We’ve been to all others, multiple times and the cleaning standard left our family feeling gross and leaving in under 30 minutes. The worker at the desk missed us walking in and standing at the desk because she was scrolling on her phone. The front entrance floor is so sticky and dirty but it just gets worse the further in the facility you go. My family and I had a really great time celebrating my daughter’s 2nd birthday! The Gahanna location was really close to my house so I didn’t have to travel far. The staff was very attentive to our needs and made the birthday party very smooth. Everyone was very nice and my kids and family had a blast!! We will be returning
Have you guys updated your lights for all these dark areas? Hard to see kids especially with such terrible lighting. Blind spots here are terrifying for moms.
