I had the most wonderful experience today at Momentum Tire and Car Care. Professional, courteous, friendly and timely.
Urgently needed a safety inspection done and my coworker suggested this location, and now I owe my coworker lunch I rushed my Tesla over close to closing and the team here quickly processed the inspection and got me out the door with time to spare The team here is very knowledgeable with respect to electric vehicles and I enjoyed the banter while relaxing in their waiting room. Definitely will be coming back should I need tires or service work
I took my car there about 3 weeks or so ago. Made an appointment prior for JUST an alignment (simple McPherson strut adjustment). I sat and waited for ~ an hour for someone to come out and let me know my car was finished, but they couldn't get the alignment done correctly. Although they did not charge me, they said they believe something may have been screwed up with the frame or parts missing. Great people. Super clean waiting room (like a green room) and restroom. Great refreshments and accomodations. Top shelf service.
