Incredible communication from Scott who serves 4 of the Momentum stores in the area after a miscommunication. Scott assisted me in working through a quote and getting my Jeep fixed all in the same day. He called me personally and explained not only the process but numbers as well as communicating with the shop. Pretty good service. Bought a couple sets of tires from them. Had a brand new quality Good Year tire that went bad after only a couple months -wires sticking out from the sidewalls. A bit of a hassle, but they took care of it under warranty. Did not seem to be their fault. Service advisors always friendly.
My wife, daughter, and I have been bringing our 3 vehicles to Morganton Momentum since we moved here 2 years ago. We've purchased tires and had maintenance service done - always professional and courteous service. Andrew, Josh, and the entire team are great to work with every visit.
