This was a tough experience for us. While we appreciated the therapist (Mallory Malone) during our first session, the facility didn’t prep at all in regard to account setup or insurance pre-authorization. It made our experience with Momentum frustrating. They wanted to collect fees up front without any legwork or urgency on their part for not only the first, but also for the second visit.
