I highly recommend David and Momentum Sports Recovery! I am a powerlifter and recently saw David to address the limited range of motion in my right hip that had been causing a lot of pain and injury on and off for years. Honestly, David is a lifesaver. Or more a body saver. After playing football in college, I had numerous muscle and facial issues in my foot, hip flexors, lower back and neck. After going to PT I was still dealing with the issues. I finally found David. During my session, he was extremely informative and open in explaining what he was doing while answering questions and providing tips on how to manage my issues.
