Horrible customer service when calling for an appointment or rescheduling. There’s always a language barrier and they have no sincerity when they talk. I do customer service and I talk to hundreds of people daily and I wouldn’t ever talk to them like they handle phone calls. I’m Sure the staff inside the clinics are a different story based on some of the reviews. There needs to be better customer service and a little sincerity.
