On behalf of my husband, who had a procedure yesterday, I would like to express our deepest gratitude for the care he received at this office. He went in with high anxiety but was put at ease as the dr and all the staff answered every question he had. Thank you, Dr. Stepteau, Shaquila, Manuela, Katy, Chasity, Rebecca, Austin, Jurixa, and anyone else I may have missed. Your compassion and professionalism is very much appreciated. I definitely recommend this clinic for your spine and/or joint needs.
I had the opportunity of having a procedure at this office this morning. I had the time of my life. Dr. Stepteau was so funny. He made me feel secure because I don’t particularly like needles. Shaquela, was the one that held my hand. She was so sweet Kathy ,Rebecca ,Jurita ,and Austin were also so very helpful. Austin went and got water for me. I had a nerve block on my neck and I was very nervous. Dr. Lee was amazing, with a great bedside manner. While he preformed the procedure (I was fully awake, by choice) he talked to me and explained every step of the process. It was virtually painless, considering I got a needle on my neck. The procedure was quick. I appreciated them running on time and getting me in and out. The rest of the staff was just as great! Thanks, Dr. Lee, Shaquila, Manuela, Katy, Rebecca, Austin and Jurixa. I definitely recommend this location.
