Our experience with Momentum Solar started off well. Scott, the salesperson, was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Unfortunately, everything went downhill after the installation. Momentum submitted the project plans to the Town of Islip, but after the panels were installed, our project failed the town inspection because the roof beams had not been reinforced as required in the plans. These people repeatedly come to your house and try to get you to sign up. 4th time In 4 weeks.
🚩I listened to their sales pitch and decided to go with a different company. Momentum would not take no for an answer, and repeatedly called my phone from different numbers for about 3 weeks. Shady business with a predatory model. Lowlife salesmen who don't know how to earn a dollar without mooching from someone's pocket. Do not lease solar panels and stay away from this company.
Great experience with tim, showed me everything went through all in great detail, now it’s installed it been amazing haven’t spent anymore that 18 with pseg very happy with everything, the sales rep and the process would recommend
