Nasty sales tactics, hires its crew to go door to door, no training, doesn't answer the phone, would recommend staying away from this company
It is impossible to speak to anyone in person. You must send an email and wait for a contact back in 48 hours. I have been trying to get a technician out to my home for two months. Now my system is completely inoperable with no power on my panel. And after three years of ownership I am getting bills from my electric company. And still no response from Momentum. Stay away. BUYER BEWARE: MOMENTUM SOLAR DOESN'T CARE ABOUT IT'S EMPLOYEES OR CUSTOMERS. I worked at momentum the last few months and they had me calling people who have had momentum already for years. Makes no sense! Beyond that they force you to call folks who have already been asked to be put on the DNC. No wonder momentum Solar has so many lawsuits pending. I FOUND 3 CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS IN 5 MINUTES OF EFFORT. RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!!!
Worked a year for them. Travelled across the country was one of the top salesman in the entire company and they fired me once I had alot of deals in the pipeline and stole tens of thousands of dollars from me and every rep in the Orlando office. If you wanna get taken advantage of with no regard to your families well being. Work for momentum they love stealing from their guys
