The owner was rude and not customer friendly. As I walked into his shop I was greeted with, "whats up" which I replied, flat tire. My son was with me, and took offense to his lack of courtesy and rude tone to a senior citizen. We left with bike in hand and found another bike store on Port Hueneme Rd., Garcia Bicycle Shop. They were very customer friendly, and fixed the flat tire while we waited and their prices are better. G. Herrera
If it’s got anything to do with your bicycle this is the place to go. They knew exactly what my bike needed and their prices are in line with the other bicycle shops in the area that I haven’t had much success with. They know what they’re doing.
Horrible customer service over the phone
The bike shop was empty. I needed help with some screws to attach my rear tire. The person that was working that day begrudgingly helped me. He could’ve told me a price and he would fix the back tire for me. I would’ve said fine. I felt like I was a bother to him to be in the shop. He needs to take bike repair off his advertisement
