This company has ownership that's unparalleled in the North Florida area. No other company has leadership that were previously engaged in Wall Street or as a CPA. Plus, both Jon and Brittany have actually sold at VERY high levels themselves. Further, the agents produce more across the board than any other brokerage in Jacksonville - this benefits the buyer/seller because they are dealing with a professional instead of a hobbyist (common in the industry now). Would highly recommend.
