I had an issue with Momentum Pools recently. One of their vehicles was repeatedly parked in our private parking space, which caused inconvenience for my family. I kindly ask the company to pay more attention to where they park when working on projects. Other than this matter, I hope they can improve their service in this aspect.
Dominic and the team at Momentum were exceptional to deal with. We had a tricky 11m above-ground pool to be merged with a structural retaining wall at the rear of our property in Mount Waverley. While other pool builders quoted exorbitantly for the same project (and / or did not have the expertise for the retaining wall component), Dominic was no-fuss and stuck to his fixed-price (very reasonable) quote and finished the job off before Christmas. Momentum pools were great to work with for the construction of our in-groud concrete pool. Dominique was very helpful from the beginning providing advice and help during the design process answering all our questions and concerns. Construction went smoothly and within our time frame. The team setting up equipment were very helpful in showing us how to care for the pool and teach us to use the app. We are pleased to have chosen and worked with the company.
