I am really impressed with how thoughtful and professional the owner and team are. In 2 months, I have learnt skills I never thought I would be able to do and feel confident and supported in my future goals. This is the first time I’ve ever stuck with any form of exercise! It’s so much fun and it’s made me super strong really quickly. The teachers are so fantastic and the vibe is just so nice, I feel like a regular now and can only see it getting better.
Have had the best beginners course training with the loveliest bunch of people, super friendly and welcoming. Can't wait to get stronger and stretchier on the aerial silks and hoop, I'm so glad this came into my life 🥰
