I have been in the Bolingbrook location the beginning of 2024 and had Tom as my physical therapist. I had a bad shoulder that needed relief. Tom is very professional and took the time for me to get some pain relief. He also referred me to a neurologist that help with the cause of my pain.i ended up having cervical spine fusion in October and was back with Tom again for therapy mid December 2024 and ended my therapy last week. I highly recommend Momentum PT. I waited for months in pain before finally going for help. I only wish I had found them sooner. Tom and Heather are just wonderful. I've been going to Momentum off and on for several years for shoulder issues and now for range of motion work after a double mastectomy and have always been so very pleased with my care!
