I can honestly say when I walked into Momentum on the first day from lower back pain and sciatica shooting down my leg, I thought would I ever be the same. As an avid golfer I was lost because of my limited mobility. Tom worked with me twice a week and I am happy to say that he helped ease my pain. When he was not there, Heather was equally good. A nice friendly and empathetic team that got me back to living again! I highly recommend them to anyone suffering from pain and needing relief. Thanks Guys!
I worked with Tom for about 2-3 months starting in early January for a collarbone injury, and the results were phenomenal. He got me fully healed and stronger than before. I also worked with him on my lower back, and he took the time to explain exactly what I needed to do to build it up and keep it strong long term. I started PT at Momentum - Bolingbrook at the beginning of June for sciatica. I could barely walk in to the office some days. Within a couple of weeks my pain had gone down by at least 50% or more and I continued to improve with each appointment. Tom, Heather, and Marissa were wonderful to work with and made it easy to schedule appointments and coordinate with my insurance. I would highly recommend Momentum for PT. I know that I will choose them again if the need arises.
