Leigh is a great pelvic floor therapist- great, knowledgable. I saw her for 3 sessions and appreciated her feedback and found the homework she assigned to be beneficial. She deserves 5 stars as a therapist. Momentum’s scheduling is my reason for 3 stars. I’ve seen other reviews who also mimic my thoughts. I don’t understand why you don’t close off a therapists schedule to new clients?? I got in for my assessment at 14 weeks postpartum. waited 3 months for an appointment, the office called me the day of my appointment to cancel. The next available appointment was another 30 days out. Horrible way to treat clients who need assistance. If you are unable to take on new patients, just let us know!
Very knowledgeable team. Horrible practice set up. DO NOT ACCEPT NEW PATIENTS IF YOU DO NOT HAVE TIME/SPACE TO CONTINUE SCHEDULING THEIR CARE.
I’ve been to ALOT of physical therapists over the years in different countries but honestly this is one of the best I’ve been too! Bonnie was an amazing therapist, really patient and super knowledgeable and is also great at the different therapies such as dry needling. She gave me some great guidance and advice that I’ll use forever! Very friendly atmosphere too with the receptionist and other patients! Couldn’t recommend this place enough to be honest - thanks guys!
