I am so appreciative of the way that she made sure I worked at my rehab while she remained compassionate and focused. I owe her my ability to walk without assistance to her. Many thanks!
Amid this pandemic, I appreciate Lindsey & Sylvia for still being available to see me. This is my second time coming to Momentum for my same hand due to different reasons. Lindsey was patient, informative and FUN! Yes I said “fun”! The exercise made sense and it helped a lot on my road to recovery. PT is more painful than the actual injury and surgery. Their knowledge with their home exercise and onsite were a great combo. Thank you Lindsey & Sylvia! 🙏🏼

I loved the entire service they gave my daughter for her physical therapy, both Mark and the front office at the Culebra office where so understanding and helpful w scheduling. And above all the care and patience Mark had w my daughters progress he definitely gave us the solution she needed. I recommend momentum for anyone else
Therapists are excellent. They take their time and are very knowledgeable. The convenience of having them in the same office and floor as the doctors makes it very convenient.
