10/10. Fair price, great customer service and great technicians. They were able to diagnose the issue, order the parts and have it ready same day. And they offer financing.
Took my Honda pilot for an engine and transmission oil service.I told Arvin,the owner about the hesitation on the transmission when I step on the gas. He said he’ll check o that as well. After a couple of hours he texts me ba k and said theservice was done.Drove the pilot home and the symptoms mentioned was gone! Very satisfied! Thanks
I was recommended MomentumMotorWorx by members in a local automotive club and I will definitely recommend MMW to others! My son's +20yo, high mileage, somewhat customized, and not pampered car came in for a clutch replacement and they just handled it great without the typical negativity when a shop sees a vehicle like this. I could've taken the car to another shop literally next door at my work but we chose to put in total four hours of driving time (drop off & pick up later) from our location to MMW and I'm happy we did!
Shop owner Arvin showed up late for my apt. Open at 10am. Had my buddy and me waiting till he arrive and got shop open. Put my Jag on the lift. Tony check it out, 10-15m told me the issue. They had another lady set for appointment after me and she arrived on time. So they rushed me out. Charging me a hefty $220 & some change for that service. Bad experience. Right out the gate Ryan went through and explained everything to me from my initial diagnosis and replacement options and he made sure I was taken care of. Everything was well organized through the whole process with scheduling, ordering parts as well as getting the repair done in a timely matter. Great communication & customer service. I'm happy with the outcome. Quailty work at a reasonable price! I definitely will be going back to this shop in the future!
