I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but I'm really disheartened with my experience purchasing an e-bike from Momentum Moto. I ordered it on June 10 ahead of relocating to Lord Howe Island at the end of the month, expecting it to arrive at a similar time. A few days later, after being told the bike was packaged ready to ship, I was charged more than the advertised shipping cost, which I incurred assuming shipping would then get underway.
