Extremely RUDE female service center customer agent. She believes she has the right to speek to people in a condescending and commanding manner just because why? You work at a Maserati store you lil... You're the same nobody like the most of everybody! So learn to be kind and respectful!
My service manager was excellent. The cars are beautiful.
Bishop Maserati’s staff is very unprofessional. They don’t care about the customers, only about making sales. They will smile and pretend to be nice in the beginning and will start monitoring calls after you have a problem. They will sell you a car that needs repairs within the same week. Please be aware. They are nice up until after you have signed a contract. They don’t care about you being a repeat customer. I wish at least one of the staff members actually cared.
