Horrible customer service they always try to find ways to fine u their a bunch of scammers they fined 900$ for coming 10 mins late do not go here
The staff may seem friendly when you first arrive, but my experience was disappointing. I felt that they tried to charge me unnecessarily and were more focused on making money than treating customers fairly. Overall, I did not feel I was treated honestly, and I would not recommend this business based on my experience.
*1 star: "Marina of Regrets"* We booked a boat here and immediately regretted every life choice that led us to this dock. *The boat*: Smelled like 2004 bait and diesel had a baby. The "bathroom" was a bucket with attitude. Engine sounded like a blender full of rocks. Cut out twice and we had to be towed by a guy in a kayak. He charged us $40. *The staff*: One guy named Dave who looked personally offended we showed up. Gave us a 30 second "safety briefing" that was just "don't die." No pressure, no runaround—just straight answers and outstanding service. This was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a boat. Everything was smooth, professional, and efficient.
