They're on top of the ball, efficient, friendly and fast! They're wonderful to work with and they made every loan of ours a simple, smooth transaction. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to refinance or buy a house! I have been working for 8 months to get my house refinanced. I went through two other loan officers who both treated me like just a number. My situation was really difficult because I had just gotten divorced and was trying to refinance and get my Ex off the title. We had a terrible experience with Momentum loans. We are a military family and opted for a VA loan. We went through momentum as we were purchasing an Ivory Home and they're the "preferred" lender. Unfortunately, their underwriter, DebbieB****, falsified information stating the VA required things they did not. We verified this directly with Veterans Affairs (as we called them a few weeks after dealing with Deb trying to figure out exactly what they wanted. My experience with Momentum was a nightmare. They insisted I put an additional 5% down, only one week before closing, because they refused to acknowledge my entire earnings. Although I provided every bit of evidence (including 10 yrs of earnings from Social Security Administration) to prove my earnings, they arbitrarily chose to only recognize half.
