The marketing is really good and I fell for it and thought I have peace of mind until I logg on a claim, The lady Nonhlanhla and her manager Sylvia they did not help at all since from January until today I am still waiting for the claim to be approved. They will take you from pillar to pillar.i am so disappointed by their service and I am going to look for other insurance company that can show me the real client retention and good customer service.
