I met with Ashley Gregg who is one of the owners of this business. Ashley really understands hearing and the intricate parts of the body that affect hearing. She performed a detailed hearing test to identify the level of my hearing loss. She explained the status of my hearing loss to me in layman's terms. She showed me a model containing parts of the ear, explained how each part could affect my particular hearing loss. She explained how some of my personal medical issues could affect my hearing.
