Susan Tsang is truly the best! I've gone to see her before and after I've had both my daughters for pelvic floor physio. She's helped tremendously with suggested birth positions, stretching, strengthening my pelvic floor to prevent long term issues etc. I feel extremely comfortable with her doing internal exams as she is professional and extremely educated. I highly recommend her to any woman seeking to have a healthy life. Thanks again Susan!
Kora and the team at Momentum Health West Springs have been fantastic in helping me heal from my foot injury. The team's dedication, knowledge, guidance, and excellent rehabilitation facility had me heal within a few months, and I am back to running and jumping like before. I started going here since it’s right by my place. My back was killing me from sports and not stretching enough. Caterina Lerede fixed me up with solid chiropractic adjustments and showed me stretches that actually work to ease the pain and keep it at bay. Now I swing by once a month to stay on top of things, or more if I tweak my back
