I am with Eli getting excellent treatment, and he has 5 stars from me. I am not familiar with writing a review, because the rate of 3 stars is only for the Cleanliness by the front desk. The shoe tray by the front desk is so dirty and long time unwashed. It is improper part of the ambient of the clinic that provides a health services. With this dirty tray you feel like the whole area is dirty and dusty. That is my feeling after 3 visits to this clinic.
First visit to the clinic today and it was a great experience. All the staff I interacted with from the front end staff to my therapist Adam and the assistants Blessing and Matt, were fantastic. Everyone was super friendly and really made me feel like I was in the right hands. Thanks guys!!
I met Eli after my knee replacement surgery. I met with him each week and he provided guidance, dry needling, massage and exercises to increase my entire leg strength. I needed extra work at straightening my leg and Eli helped get me to where I needed to be and was very patient with dealing with my fears over this issue. My entire leg hasn't felt this great in years! I highly recommend Eli as a physiotherapist! Thank you Eli!
They setup an appointment I went to the assessment they set up another appointment and sent me the email with date appointment I went to the appointment on that date they told me we called you and I didn’t answer no message was left on my answering machine no phone call on my cell they told me have to go back to my family doctor and get reassessed again don’t go there a waste of rime
