On September 1, I had intense pain down from my leg. The pain was indescribable, I could not sit, I could not stand and even laying down was painful. I was recommended to go to Momentum Health Deerfoot for Physiotherapy. From booking the appointment and walking through the door for the first time, the team at Momentum Health was a pleasure to work with. I’ve never had physio before. Everyone was professional, helpful and friendly. Sydney helped take away the pain and the other Sydney helped me with exercises- they were very non judgemental with me. If I have any issues in the future I plan to go back:)
Sydney at Momentum Health Deerfoot is incredible! I was suffering from a shoulder injury, unable to lift my arm and perform regular work duties. Doing physio with Sydney was exactly what I needed for my recovery! She was extremely kind, patient, and was able to explain exactly what was wrong and what I needed to do to fix the issue. She is very knowledgeable and will definitely be recommending her to anyone that needs physiotherapy!
