Being referred to Momentum Health Deerfoot by a specialist has been such a positive experience. I met with Russ Gothard and Arthur Getting to discuss my shoulder/neck issues as well as my foot/leg issue. They set up a personalized exercise program that I can track my progress on my phone (keeps me motivated) plus they are using dry needling to help with muscle tightness/relieve pain. I noticed quite a difference after my initial visit. I highly recommend Russ and Arthur. Both are knowledgeable and caring and so supportive.
Top notch pyisio facilties. Friendy Staff whom are knowledgeable and have come up with an exercise program customized to my individual needs. Big thanks to both Mark, physiotherapist, and Zoe, kinesiologist, they both provided me with excellent service. Not to forget Meagen she does a great massage.
I have had great experience at Momemtum. Sydney is so wonderful and helped me immensely with my plantar fascitis.
