First time I have used this and highly recommend it.
Disgraceful when made booking it asks what you need the appt for, I said medical licence renewal, waited all day for it didn't call me then I rang asking why no one had called so they rebook me in then when they called they say sorry we can't do licence renewals!!!! It's clearly stated why I needed the consultation but they took my money any way, terrible on all counts! Will never use again
