When Ted came out to fix my garage this afternoon I told him that Google didn't have room for ten stars. I and my family want to thank him and Momentum for coming out on last minute notice to fix a broken garage door that I had no business trying to fix. Ted had a great attitude great customer service and I highly recommend Momentum.
The spring on our garage door broke, and I called Momentum who send Sean. He was at my house in about 15 minutes, and his price was HALF of what some of the larger garage repair companies in Point Pleasant charge. He replaced both springs with longer, higher-quality springs at my request, for very little extra expense. We appreciated his promptness, professionalism and price. Saving Momentum’s number!
Great service. Momentum responded quickly when I requested a quote. They were the only one requested to get more pictures before the visit so that they can prepare correct parts and provide accurate quote and fix the door on the spot. Their price is fair and reasonable. Not only Nathan fixed our garage problem but he did maintenance no additional cost. Highly recommended!
Great service. Great folks. The place to call. Installed for us new garage door opener. I checked online, and they installed the best garage operator in the market today (December 2025). So quality parts is here, professional installation is here, all is good here.
Carlos Momentum's Tech went above and beyond to fix our problem. I had an old garage door operator, so old I couldn't sync it with a new universal remote. It seems the motherboard died. Carlos came to our rescue and replaced the opener, sensors, synced the remote in 20 minutes. His professionalism, courtesy and patience were fantastic! I would highly recommend Momentum Garage Door Repair to everyone! AWESOME.
