Dr and staff are always kind. Dr always listens, and explains what he is doing and things I can do to help to keep my feet from hurting. I am very happy to be a patient of Momentum foot and ankle care!
While the care provided by the doctors is good and each patient is treated with respect my only complaint is the billing and sometimes office communication. Rude payment department when questioned about billing, for appointment reminders they will call multiple times and not leave voicemails (which I was assured has been dealt with, so fingers crossed!), you call the office leave a voicemail and get no call back (which I also was assured would not happen anymore). Dr. Mahmood was absolutely great. He was so helpful and made me feel at ease and talked me through everything. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Great experience and great doctor with a great bedside manner.
Dr. Mahmood is very thorough and he helped me in a very short time. Highly recommend!
