Awesome place to workout. Very friendly staff and the other people in the gym are also very friendly. Would highly recommend to any new people wanting to start going to gym.
Awesome gym with a great quality equipment to suit a variety of training styles. The owners, Scott and Chris, are lovely and very positive. Momentum is a very welcoming facility!
I have been to a lot of gyms in my time & you will not find one as well equiped as MFW. It has everything you need & more and the staff are amazing & super helpful! If you are looking for a gym in Warrnambool MFW is the one!
