Cheap enough but I got referred to them through a ‘compare the market’ type agency; and their prices were about $500-600 more a year than I was quoted. Please ensure that if ppl are using a ‘compare the market’ type service that you provide them with accurate information as I felt mislead to signing up a package that was almost double the quoted price. After 6 years with you, im done and moving on to different provider, have recommended you to everyone i know not anymore. Getting inflated bill with same usage, telling me over the phone some lies why, also operator asking me at what temperature i set the central heating on, i replied “23” only for her to tell me that i should have my temperature set from and this is the words she used “ahh see it should be set from 20 to 18” yes 20 to 18. Beyond ridiculous, even insulting.
