My waiting period was relatively short and I was kept informed of my place in the que. The person who attended to my call was efficient and courteous and I achieved what I had called about.
I had a gas plan with this mob. They made a change and put me on, what must, be the most expensive price for gas possible. Doubled my bill. Always read their communications carefully. I suppose they are all the same but think it's very bad form. Shame on you Momentum.
Easy transition process and great rates!
I disconnected gas 8 months ago. Momentum continue to send gas bills to my address, last one was over $500. There’s no gas used at the property. I’ve rung them 3 times to explain. Not sure what else to do!
