Nicole was a delight to work with; she was phenomenal at communicating and helping to make the process seamless. She consistently checked in and followed up to ensure that she kept me informed throughout the whole procedure. Couldn’t recommend her enough!
I have been a member of this credit union for many years. Over these years communication has been unprofessional and in some cases nonextistent. I then decided to move my investments asap.
